What happens before design starts?
We agree the page list, required content, visual direction and project scope. You supply text and images unless additional content work is quoted. The deposit starts the agreed project rather than an unlimited design engagement.
What are the revision rounds?
Two consolidated rounds of feedback within the agreed brief. New pages, rewritten scope, integrations and extra rounds are priced before the additional work begins.
What is included at launch?
Responsive layouts, basic page metadata, placement of supplied content and launch assistance. Hosting and domain registration elsewhere are additional. A contact integration, CMS or custom workflow is scoped explicitly rather than assumed.
Can I have a CMS or online shop?
Yes, through a separate project quote. The brochure packages do not include ecommerce, booking engines, customer accounts or bespoke application development.
What does ongoing care cover?
A separately agreed maintenance scope from £29/month, with up to 20 minutes of small content changes. CMS maintenance is quoted after inspection. It does not include unlimited new features or server management by default.
